   DIRECTIONS…. To visit us, take I-95 to the Sample Road exit and head west. Turn right onto Military Trail, and follow it north to the streetlight marked NE 49th Street, where you will turn right again. This street changes name to NE 48th Street, and the entrance to Country Knolls is on this street. Country Knolls is adjacent to I-95 on the west . The community is not visible from I-95 due to protective barrier walls along the boundary with the community.
